Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fusiontennistring.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Kindly be advised that we do not provide coverage for the expenses associated with the return shipping label.

Securely package the item along with all original packaging materials and include the return shipping label. Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label.

 

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges.

 

Exchange Policy:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. To qualify for this, you will need to reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the package.

Please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Items purchased from authorized Fusion Tennis Strings retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase, as our refund policy applies only to purchases made directly from us.
